day 1

up @ 5am....had time 4 a coffee then off to do the 1000 steps, not once but twice. met up with my new trainer phil and he put me through my paces straight away. 1 solid hr of boxing....followed by a new excersise routine. holy fuck its a killer. 100 of every imagainable excersise ie: 100 push ups, 100 sit ups.....blah blah blah
. now i just gotta get used to this blog thing...try to remember what the fuck i did during the day. although once filming starts it will b easier
